Job Description :

Community Health Network (CHN) has been placing experienced nurses and physical therapists in home care, hospice, and case management for over 30 years. We offer flexible work options and outside of the box opportunities that focus on your needs and interests.

Currently we are seeking a Home Care RN to manage a caseload in the Beverly, MA area.

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.

Full-time, Monday-Friday. NO weekends or holidays required.

Required Qualifications :

Active MA RN license
