Currently we are seeking a Home Care RN to manage a caseload in the Duxbury/Marshfield/Pembroke/Plymouth MA area.

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides. 

Full-time, Monday-Friday. NO weekends or holidays required.

Minimum 1 year Home Care RN Case Manager experience with a Medicare Certified Agency
