Community Health Network has been asked to assist with a need for an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager for a Permanent position.  This position would be with a well-established and very reputable Hospice agency with a focus on quality, compassionate end of life care and services.

The Hospice Clinical Manager will conduct annual field evaluations for the Aides and RNs as needed, however the position can be primarily remote based until Spring 2021.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.  (8:00a.m.-4:30p.m.)

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Hospice Clinical Management experience. Current with all state and federal regulations. Ability to attend weekly IDT meetings (remote).
