Job Description :
Community Health Network (CHN) has been placing experienced nurses and physical therapists in home care, hospice, and case management for over 30 years. We offer flexible work options and outside of the box opportunities that focus on your needs and interests.
Currently we have been asked to assist with a need for a Home Care RN to do revisits in a territory that includes locations in and around the Framingham, Ashland and Hudson, MA area.
Full-time, Monday-Friday
NO weekends or holidays required
